SRTS Expanded - Smaller Sprites - Sailpunk

Description
Shrinks down the drawsize of Sailpunk ships so they more fit the actual space they take up.

Can be added/removed from saves as wanted, and should be compatible with any other mods as it's just an XML edit.

I know there's a way to have the same mod "try" to patch two things and not completely fail if it's unable to (aka you have SRTSE but not Sailpunk) but I'm not that good at modding to do it, so I made this its own mod.

wanted to check- if its just a sprite resize, could we have this marked as compatible with 1.4, please? ^^

The models aren't by me! This mod *only* shrinks down models in the Sailpunk SRTSE mod. I didn't make the models/ships/anything.
