Description
It add a new lighter and now you can replenish all the lighters with the lighter fluid.
The distribution should work fine. let me know if it is too rare.

This is a cool mod, but for some reason I am unable to light cigarettes with it.

Full Zippo lighter can't light cigarettes or fires, can be equipped as a light source. Also I second the lighter tricks, so long as it isn't OP.
