The Tomb Blade of Arkhan Restored (old healing ability)

With the WH2 Resurgence Update back in 2018 the activated ability of Arkhan's Tomb Blade was changed to a rather generic summon ability, which is still present in WH3.

This mod restores the old activated ability that healed in an area, at least to the best of my ability/memory. As the way healing works has changed from WH2 to WH3, it's not 1:1 as it was back in the day, but it's still fairly strong (especially for units with high health.)

Hopefully this mod will tickle someone's nostalgia of when Arkhan had one of the best activated abilities in the game.

Restored the old activated ability of Arkhan the Black's unique weapon The Tomb Blade of Arkhan.

Heals for 0.8% hp/second and resurrects.
Imbues weapons with flame.

Can obviously not be used with another mod that touches the activated ability of the Tomb Blade.

None that I know of.
