More Accurate Item Rarity - MAIR

Description
This is a small mod that re-categorizes items that are at rarity tiers unfitting of their power. Item effects are unchanged and the distribution of the various faction-specific item tables are left in-tact. Hopefully this should cut down on situations where the result of an item fusion is clearly worse than the items used in the fusion.

Currently the changes are as follows:

1. Scroll of Leeching becomes common, Channeling Staff becomes uncommon, Forbidden Rod becomes rare
2. Armor of Silvered Steel becomes common, Glittering Scales becomes uncommon
3. Seed of Rebirth becomes rare (This is the only item in its faction set so relative distribution is unaffected)

In the future I might rearrange the rarities of more faction-exclusive items. If you want, leave suggestions about what should be changed.

Savegame compatible. It should be compatible with anything except mods that alter items. Should be compatible with Drink It III

Thanks for replying

Righto, I understand - the same thing happened with me until very recently that I started playing this again, including some modding.

I shall do! Anything that seems under valued / wrongly listed Ill drop a message (once I've checked lore regarding item if there's any)

@Lunatic Pandora: For now, it only changes the more general drop tables as outlined above. I looked through all the shared faction tables but wasn't able to find any other obvious candidates for rarity rotations without affecting relative distribution rates. I haven't gotten around to the individual faction tables because the process is time-consuming and my interest has drifted away from WH3 for the time being.

It would help me immensely if you and anyone else could report items they feel are strangely categorized, that way I could go and make targeted changes instead of exhaustively inspecting each item record.

Are these the only changes you've made or have you done it for each faction?

Neat, been hoping for this type of mod.
