Base Reforms - +5% towards Buildings and Units requiring resources present in your borders. Internal Trade Routes decrease Social Policy costs, and may spawn strategic resources when completed.

Fuzileiro Naval - Replacing the Marine. +5% Combat strength applied when choosing a new Ideology Tenet or Social Policy Tree, stacks up to +50% max.

Petrobras Refinery - Unique Solar Plant. Has no terrain requirement, and lacks the production percentage benefits of the building it replaces. It does however provide four units of Oil and gives +5% Gold and Culture per resource not traded away
