Vilitch: Buff your Minds

This mod makes it so that Muddle Minds can target an allied army which gains 35% increased movespeed and ambush chance and immunity to psychology at the cost of no longer being able to use it on enemy armies.

I found that Muddle Minds would a lot of times make it no easier to catch enemy armies, namely because they had heroes to increase their own movespeed. So, I made it so that Vilitch could muddle his own factional army's minds and give them benefits similar to how Muddle Minds would hinder enemies. Given how the AI works, this should give you a more interesting and useful trick to pull on the AI. Also, this happens in the lore to Thomin and Vilitch's village so that is kind of fun.
