Give Me Admin

GMA is a simple script that makes always sure that the server host is always an super admin (operator), because for some reason, you can apparently lose the right to enter wiremod specific ConVars.
This runs only if the gamemode is sandbox, or if the server host actually exists.

This will not work with ULIB.
If you want ULX admin, change your configs.
