SCP 860 Happy Happy Joy Joy

Description
Inspired by me not handling the SCP 087-B mod well, this replaces the 860-1 ambience with the Happy Happy Joy Joy song, in an attempt to make one of the more unnerving parts of any SCP: CB run a bit more humorous.
