Neko Tainted Azazel

Couldn't find many mods that covered tainted Azazel, so here's this. Gives Tainted azazel cat ears, stabs him in the eye and makes him cough up blood. He's grinning (Owuing really) through it all. Also grants the boy a tasteful amount of fang.
Shown in the screenshot alongside Isaac with Meowmere and Spamton instead of Satan.
Made because a single commenter asked for it. (or rather, something along these lines.) I am really weak to peer pressure.
Probably gonna make a judas next, who knows.
