Required Water input on bottom rightmost
(about 190 units/sec)

Optional Cryofluid input on bottom leftmost conduit
(needs additional 180 units/sec for max efficiency)

Base should be able to support the add-on facilities with included power

Once you get around 10 Poly
YOU MUST BUILD PART 2 FOR FULL BASE
(Once part 3 is added the air factory will auto switch to flares)
