I know that these addons already exist. However, I just want her zombie texture version. That's it :D

- Optimization Settings (Direct3D 9) -
Steam Menu → View → Library → Left 4 Dead 2 (Right Click) → Properties...
Launch Options Command: +clientport 27010

- Another Changes -
1. Texture is better (Paged pool memory available: Low only)
2. Add blue color bikini
3. < Compatible with xdR mods. >
4. Shader Upgraded
