Abandoned Outpost Reborn

This is a rework of the awesome "Abandoned Outpost" POI usually found on the Roggery Starter planet.

Full credit to Boba Brett the original author of "The Taurus - T3 Fortress" and @Fractalite who converted it into the Abandoned Outpost POI that I used as a starting point. I have simply built upon their great work. :)

I took over this POI as a base during a play-through and ended up fixing it up and adding to it, then adding some more, until it's become a staple secure, high defence, airtight Main Base for me. Then I figured why not share my weird take on it in case others want to use it, too?

The Roggery Abandoned Outpost Reborn is more of a mid-game defensive main base. It is low CPU as stock, secure on all sides, airtight, and all approaches are covered by gun/missile emplacements. Upper sections are steel, lower are concrete. The interior is compartmentalised into separate airtight sections for those who hate having to track down air leaks (like me). Lights on each level are on sensors to save power.

Note: I have attempted to retain the original author's look and feel for colours, lighting, and interior design, but added to it, and recreated whole sections that were missing/destroyed in the POI "destroyed base" redesign.

Warning:
The texture colours and lighting, especially Night External, could best be described as "Sci-Fi Dark, Glowy and Over-Saturated", and the entire top floor glows red when you are NOT standing in it... because I like things to glow. A lot.

Placement Instructions: Sink the bottom block layer that runs around the outside wall of the base 1 block entirely into the soil, point the rear at the best sunlight.

Comes with:
- One Sentry Gun (rear entry)
- Full Medical
- 4x Fridges, 2x Food processors
- 1x L Generator
- 1x Adv. Constructor & 1x Small Constructor
- 4 solar panels, 1 solar capacitor (Panels are at the rear when you're placing it)
- Multiple pre-named and coloured Containers and Container Extensions
- Secure storage for 4-5 small to med HVs and SVs
- Med Ext. CV landing pad for a Small CV
- Rear access, including to an internal Portable Device area
- A ton of basement and internal wall space for additions.
- Swanky coloured lighting (see warning above)

Suggested Upgrades have been marked with letters, with an LCD with all the details in the Main Hangar you can remove when not needed anymore.

Marked Space for Upgrades:
Ext. Defense: Multiple Missile, Flak, Minigun and Sentry Gun emplacements. Full complement shreds everything.
B1 - Shield, Pentaxid Tank, 7x Solar Capacitors, 1x Large Generator (basement) (room for much more also)
Ground Floor - Deconstructor, 2x Adv and 5x Small Constructors
L1 - 54x Hydroponics (6 pre-installed) with switches for lights.
L2 - 1x Furnace (custom room)
L3 - Teleporter (sensor ready to be linked to it)
Ext. Solar - Once I've placed the base I typically build a block of 20x Solar panels pointing in the best direction.

Work to be done:
1) Rationalise container extensions (they're a bit random at the moment)
2) Make internal wall space more uniform.
