Judas and Magdalene Minor Improvements

Description
Judas has 15 coins now! Backstabbery really does pay off, huh? This should make Judas slightly more unique in a run, at least starting out.

Maggy now has 6 pills confirmed in rotation, namely: Balls of Steel, Health Up, Full Health, Hematemesis, Pheromones, and Bad Trip. Maggy's speed has also been increased to 0.90. This should make Maggy the default pill taker, as most pills in a run will coincide with her intended playstyle of a tank.

i love the implications with judas but it makes him op

both characters are already plenty strong they dont need more buffs

But consider: Low speed make me bad at video game, need booboo fixing pills constantly to fix my skill issues. Also, judas is boring.

It's kinda broken tho, don't you think? Judas is already a formidable glass cannon : starting with Book of Belial already makes him balanced.

Maggy is already an absolute tank, that can gamble her health away with far less risk than any other characters. All those confirmed pills would pretty much make her unkillable.
