I got bored and decided to try and fix the Half-Life Arsenal mod

I managed to fix the door override crash but it might break again if doors change for some reason
I also tuned the recoil to feel a bit better as well as make the guns more compatible with regular ammo and EK ammo

The HECU was a bit broken so i removed it but i might try to fix it later if i remember (no promises)
