You have to reload the entire mission from zero to reset spawners, mission is working fine as long as you complete the objectives

I can see a lot of enemies via Zeus, but they don`t wamt to spawn.

first time there spawned a lot of enemies. I was killed. I load a game and nobody spawns again. Will try few more times.
