Official Tournament Ruleset

Description
Adds the official tournament ruleset to the drop down in multiplayer.
This mod is required to participate in the September beta tournament: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EU4ggO58Ml7jAvGUPpUMDxx-CiaioGyrkEorz5VYwJ4/edit?usp=sharing

If anyone knows how to fix the default being custom rather then the official tournament ruleset please lmk.
