This is a custom version of the SV Sneaking Suit that I made using Blender.
I'm still working on this so there might be issues.

This suit is so well done. I was so disappointed to see that this is not a mod for Metal Gear Solid V: TPP itself!!! A mod for this suit also exists, but it has some seam issues. Is there any way to get this as a mod for MGSV?? Wonderful work, in any case!
