Does the vehicle spawn in the world or do I have to spawn it?

im not sure if it is my settings for vehicle damage or not, cause I have changed it quite a bit, but when i hit even the smallest thing this car lights up and blows up, I have spawned other modded cars and its fine they are like bullet proof, idk if its a bug but look into that maybe
