Played Grand Theft Auto V, noticed cool effect on kills. This addon does the same thing as in the game, but it can be slighty customized.

Commands
Command
Purpose
cl_killblurR
Changes red tone. Default 0. (0-255)
cl_killblurG
Changes green tone. Default 0. (0-255)
cl_killblurB
Changes blue tone. Default 20. (0-255)
cl_killchange
Transition to normal tone. Use float instead to make it smoother. Default 0.005.
cl_killeffect
Turn on/off this effect.

Had no idea how to call it properly, so it's BLUR in convars.
Killing Flash, Killing Effect, Killing Blur, Screen fade or whatever...
