Masked Mustachio's Mannfred Reskin

This is a rework of my Vampire Lords Reskin Mod from WH2.

I changed Mannfred von Carstein to look cooler and less silly with his sleeveless armor. I also made his sword bigger but didn't make it 2h like the lore as it would have required an animation change which would have made it less compatible for people using overhaul mods.

Other than re-skin he is unchanged. I tried to keep this mod as compatible as possible with other mods so as long as you don't have anything that messes with in-game dds files or meshes it should be fine. Even then it should be okay as long as the other modders don't mess with the original files and instead renamed them like I do.
