Allows all vanilla musical instruments to trigger clown talents.

Adds 'hornitem' tag to the accordion, harmonica and guitar, allowing them to apply Inspiring Tunes, Skillful Melodies and Soothing Sounds.

Shamelessly I will also note that Cruel Accordion, Malicious Flute and Caramellarmonica have this option on by default. If your clown liked this mod you should probably check them out as well.
