Growth Juice from Buildings Fix for Moulder

In WH2, certain buildings gave you growth juice. I checked and WH3 is set up to do this, but it doesn't work. So I fixed it. Exotic animal pens and fur resource buildings will give growth juice as well as the unique building in Hell Pit. I also added a tiny amount of growth juice gain to the skaven growth building, sue me.
