"Stardust Song" for Escape Music

Description
Changes the escape music for Left 4 Dead 2 campaigns to "Stardust Song" by Shiranui Flare, Amane Kanata, Tokoyami Towa of Hololive.

ONLY changes the escape music for Left 4 Dead 2 campaigns, NOT for the Left 4 Dead 1 campaigns.

Known issue:
After the song completes its 1 minute 15 second run time, it loops to a random point in the song. Unlike, say, the tank music, it doesn't loop cleanly. I do not know how to remedy this.
