Diplomatic Crisis GONE WILD

Description
An alternative version of Diplomatic Crisis, stripped of all inhibitions. Woohoo!

  • All of the restrictions in the main mod have been removed.
  • You can choose which crisis to trigger, or have a random one, regardless of the game settings.
  • Resolutions are available as soon as the Galactic Community is formed.
  • AI empires will not propose the resolution, but will always vote to pass it.
  • If you choose a crisis in game settings and also use this mod to trigger one, you may get two crises at once. Deal with it.
  • This mod is tested less than the main one. Caveat emptor.
