I can't tell you why the cubes might behave "strangely" as I have no idea what they are doing. I tested the map repeatedly and the cubes always behaved properly for me. If you are having trouble solving this, I have some hints in my previous comment.

Hint 1: The chamber has a grid on the floor, walls, and ceiling.
Hint 2: Is there anything different about the floor, walls, or ceiling?
Hint 3: Check the floor. Does it seem to have anything strange about it?
Hint 4: There are lights in various places on the floor. Why?
Hint 5: Is the placement of the lights strange?
Hint 6: What could the pairs of lights tell you about the chamber?
Hint :7 Each pair of lights is next to only two sides of the nearest floor square. Why?
Hint 8: What happens when you turn the cubes relative to the lights?
Hint 9: What would happen if the laser hit a cube while it was pointed away from BOTH lights?
Hint 10: Place the cubes so that laser does not pass over any of the lights on the floor.
This will redirect the laser into the proper pattern to open the exit door.

some cubes move strangely when i have to go from the first chamber back to the second. I still don't have an explanation for that. It's the first one in the second chamber, and the one on the high level in the second chamber. I don't have to go there anymore, so I don't have an explanation. But I can do it once I understand what it's about

^Yes, yes, riddles are nice. got it now. But I have other problems with the map and don't feel like it anymore. I'll test it again in a few weeks

Grauerrat, you aren't much into the puzzles, are you? The whole point of this chamber is to route the laser around the chamber until you can open the exit door. Did you even bother to look around at all?

I don't really know what to do other than kill the turrets. . I have no idea
