====== The Mod Needed A Patch? ======
With 3.5.1 the Stellaris team decided to change some of the basic code in the game, specifically chaning instances of "hair_selector" to "attatchment_selector." This causes (nearly) all modded races older than this update and not updated or patched to be missing their hair. This mod replaces the portrait files in gfx/portraits/portraits for the files from the affected mods to now inlcude the needed code. You can find information on how to do this for yourself and your favorite mods in the link below.

So far its working on 3.8.x but aside from that, I appreciate you so much for keeping this portrait alive, its hands down my favorite.

@caboseivankass did you try uninstalling and reinstalling? It's a known issue that sometimes mods won't download or won't download with their descriptor files with the Paradox Launcher.

the mod is not downloading in the launcher keep saying something went wrong

Did you make sure to follow the steps in the reddit post? I'm very novice when it comes to Stellaris modding so I don't think I could help beyond that.

I did try to do it myself by changing the 'hair_selector' with 'attachment_selector', but it didn't work for the Star Wars Races.
