love this mod but im tired of npc's yanking guns from my hands

Start of the campaign is a problem with bots taking them automatically, at least with Left 4 Bots, but sides that and the fact that this is missing the "'scripts" tag, it's good.

I'm a big fan of mods, I also make mods, and I can say that this is the best mod of all, but if this mod releases the weapons at the beginning of the campaign it will be even better.

Thanks for the response! To clarify, I haven't grabbed your mod, I was just curious if that implementation was possible as I haven't been able to find anything similar in workshop. I can totally respect that framing you have with regards to the campaign author's intentions.

That said, there are a lot of poorly balanced campaigns out there (just played one where it starts off with 2 guns for four players), so I was thinking a mod like that would be a good crutch.

In my mind it's similar to how using something like Admin System to teleport errant bots to you can be abused to cheapen the experience, but can be almost necessary to play solo where bots get stuck.

Yes it's possible but not planning to make that. If a custom campaign gives you that little weapon the author probably had a reason. I didn't play such custom campaign where I get only single weapon at the start. Are you sure you aren't simply using this mod while in those custom campaigns ?
