Description
Adds Thomas Jefferson of the United States of America to the game!

Please use a DLL mod such as Various Mod Components[forums.civfanatics.com] or the Community Patch[forums.civfanatics.com] with this mod to enjoy the full experience! This mod is usable without such mods, but not all described gameplay effects are available without them. Blame Firaxis for not paying attention while copying other people's homework!

UA: Louisiana Purchase
50% discount when purchasing tiles, and purchasing a tile with Gold claims adjacent unowned Bonus Resources for free. Cities celebrating a We Love The King Day generate +1 Happiness.

UU: Frontiersman
Standalone Unit for Jefferson's America which excels at exploration. Requires Astronomy, and shares much in common with the Musketman besides it being a Recon Unit. May remove Camp Resources from neutral territory, and deposit them in your territory. Ignores terrain costs, and receives a 15% combat bonus while outside friendly territory.

With Enlightenment Era:
Explorer replacement for Jefferson's America. Stronger, and has a combat bonus while outside friendly territory. May remove Camp Resources from neutral territory, and deposit them in your territory.

UB: Yeoman Farmhouse
Unique Granary replacement for Jefferson's America. No Gold maintenance. In addition to the usual Granary bounses, unimproved land tiles worked by the City will be improved passively.

UB improvement logic handles Features in accordance with the "Automated Workers Don't Remove Features" game option; Improvements on the other hand will never be overwritten. If a Worker is improving a worked Plot, said Worker's building project will instead be supported.

Since there is obviously overlap between Washington's UA and Jefferson's UA, as this mod makes no changes to the vanilla American civilization, one might be interested in using an alternate Washington design such as that made by JFD: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1926695595.

Only tested with all DLC.

I'm actually like happy with this one. Wow. I mean I'm kinda sus on the UB's balance and the UA's balance and the UU's viability but y'know I feel like I'm always half sold on these things so this counts as a success I guess.

I've encountered no such problem. The Lua log presumably describes some kind of error during the world generation which you would need to find and report.

The mod causes resources and ancient ruins to disappear off the world map (on Mac at least). I've confirmed it by turning the mod on & off...the problem only exists when running the Jefferson mod. Not a complaint, just an FYI

Great mod, thank you! Really gives a distinctly different and nice civ. Just can't figure out how do deposit the camp with frontierman.
