Adds the formative steppe empire of Old Great Bulgaria, also known as Magna Bulgaria or Patria Onoguria, under Khan Kubrat, styled the Patrician of the Huns by the Byzantines.

Also having the great generals not being able to settle cities issue.

I built a trireme. It appeared on land and couldn't be moved to sea and start exploring. Fit it. The mod is interesting.

thank u for made this mod but it have some bug.
caravan and cargo ship generate at pasture. therefore economy and production boost activity is so hard. fix please~
