Romkas Combine Soldiers - 2000s Style (Playermodels + NPCs)

Romkas very old but very good combine soldier models originally intended for his HL2 mod circa 2005-2009 (i think), and teased with a Skullbreaker soldier image before getting forgotten after Romka left the source community. These are 2000-2001 styled Romka soldiers by Jambo.

Probably the last thing ill do to these models for some time, basically the first two known iterations of combine soldiers from 2000 and 2001/E3, and only exist in screenshots and promotional material as of writing outside of fan remakes, i have spent some time making edits to them like swapping the models out for their strapless versions for consistency and texture changes to make them more authentic, which is why it took so long to put these guys out, textures are also compressed unlike jambos versions for more optimal space use compared to the originals.

i know there is already a 2000s styled Romka soldier on the workshop, but this one uses the updated textures from Jambos new submission, the textures from this will conflict with that.
