Steam seems to be adding "amp;" into the url after the ampersand; remove that and the link should work.

detailed info exists in its forum thread, but I think there's too much of it for me to put it in the description here. I've added a link, when steam allows it to show up. In the meantime, it adds three types of dwarf, two types of halfling, two yeek variants, an elf and two weird things that count as elves, a couple of undead - one of which I adopted from an abandoned mod - and roughly a bajillion Vampire variants, which are intentionally unbalanced races that essentially let you multiclass. hope this helps.
