Changes How Aloe Potions & Wraps Heal You.

Potions heal x% of Max HP over Xs
Wraps heals for x% of missing HP + x% of Max HP over Xs at 1s intervals
Healing arrow. Arrow still leaves and area of effect that last for 15s but now gives you a buff that last for 3s (can be changed in settings) and will remain after leaving the area of effect. the Healing effect settings is per second now. So Heals for 5% of max health per second. with min and max amount (can be change in settings).
Aloe Soup Heals for x% of Max HP over Xs (Is a food buff)

Settings Menu:

Get the mod ModControlPanel
Open console and type "DataCmd CC_Menu_HF" to open the settings if you don't have ModControlPanel

Yeah it looks like its broken right now. Ill look into this and update a fix for it.

I cant seem to use the command or mod menu widget to access this mods settings anymore
