Large unhabitable galaxy

Description
- Adds "Extreme", 2000-size, galaxy generation setting with severely decreased amount of habitable planets.
- The base amount of habitable planets for the "Extreme" galaxy is 20%, meaning if you select 0.25x habitable planets game generation setting, the resulting amount of habitable planets compared to unmodded 1x will be 5%.
- Does not change the default crisis strength, amount of wormholes or gateways.
- Decreases core size for 4-spiral galaxy.

I also noticed simmlar problem,lot of systems being generated without names.

As for all larger galaxy mods you should use namlists like Cyberxkahn's or others. Didn't recognize any missing star name.

I have noticed that some systems dont generate with a name, and my game seems to crash to desktop immediately when trying to name these nameless systems.

Anyone else notice this or just me?

Cool mod, thank you. Ever wanted to have the feeling of empty space and to concentrate on your species power to expand into the unkown instead sailing a fruitfull ocean.
