JCA - QOL Essentials V1

Description
Main Information
Weapons:
E22 Essentials is a collection of QOL changes and features to Arma 3 and it's DLC that were previously (And currently) included and forced into use within all E22 Projects.

E22 Essentials has been created for multiple reasons; The first is so that we are not forcing these features on people who may not have wanted them just by having a main E22 faction mod. The second is that it was becoming ever harder to keep track of which features belonged to which mod - and if they shared these features, making sure that all were up to date. The second is that by having it as its own dedicated mod we are able to introduce or remove these features without having to update every E22 project. This will save time and effort for both us and anyone who may have to deal with the technical side of loading mods onto servers.

Please be aware that while maybe not immediate we do plan that all common features of E22 projects will be moved over time to E22 Essentials.

Dependencies:
E22 Essentials while containing content which previously was part of larger E22 mods will not become a common dependency for E22 projects, E22 Essentials is a fully optional but highly recommended addition.
E22 Essentials requires Arma 3 CDLC: Western Sahara.

@UEemperor currently working on a V2 which takes out NVG overlay and other more intrusive things, so that may be better for you for turret stabilisation.

It would be awesome to have turret stabilization as a standalone. This would be an absolute gamechanger (it already is)
