Antimatter Teleport Beam but with every race

apparently, you can just change a value in the client.config file of starbound, and suddenly every race can have the same teleport animation.

so yeah, i grabbed a random teleport animation and... this. I created this.

useful if the race you're using isn't public or isn't widely known and not supported by many custom teleport beam animations
