STV-M-Kay I

The Kay-Class LPV(Localspace Patrol Vessel) was created as a response to the growing costs associated with the Ketan Series of vessels. Light, Moderately ranged, and with a high scanning capability the Kay-Class is well able to survey within its sphere of influence for hostile activity and engage if low threat.

The Kay-Class is also the lightest STV vessel to be fitted with general applications escape pods. This comes of additional purpose when taking part in fleet manuevers and target Datalinking.

The munitions grade for the Kay-Class is 7.
