The new and updated HMP Arcitect. I finally decided to update it and make it compatible with the current game version and hopefully for future ones too.

This is a complete overhaul mod that changes most essential sprites such as; guards, vehicles, weapons and more!
Additionally this has some renamed items and prisoner category's to better reflect the British prison system

I will be updating this for the foreseeable future so any suggestions would go along way.

I've also added and going to be looking into adding more sounds.
Currently, the only sound that has been altered is the fire engine siren which has a British tone now
