A True Storm Approaching

Description
Replaces the music used for the occurrence of rain, even in the morning, or thunder, even with Otherworldly Tracks on, perfect for anyone needing both power and motivation (A basic need for any Son of Sparda).

Making this resource/music pack was merely inspired by this ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2554970423 ) one, so basically I'm just one-upping it.

Of course, music rights goes to Casey Edwards and Capcom's Sound Team.

ok so update (wow its been like a year) on that music slider problem;
it mightve been because of the sample rate lmfao

not sure why, but every time I turn this on and a storm approaches my music gets set to zero just like @rivan263 and @minerdxplays :steamsad:

hey when i have this mod on when its raining the music is set to 0 every 5-15 seconds
