New Version

This mod expands the hair and eye color palettes with every single color in the RGB color wheel

-Any color can be selected in the ruler designer
-Anyone can have any combination of hair and eye color like in an anime
-Albinos will still have red eyes and white hair like in vanilla
-As people get older their hair and eyes will grey out like in vanilla

Highly Recommended to use with Matched Eyebrow and Body Hair Colors

这个mod现在存在bug，会导致一些女性右眼上出现一个很大的红色圆点，并且这个bug也存在于其他修改眼睛颜色的mod里

Is there a way to weight hair colors so that natural colors are more common, but all can appear?

@エーイオン I found a way for only the player to be able to access these colors, it's a very scuffed solution though.

I have not found a way to limit hair and eye colors to the ruler designer only, there are mods like UC Eyes and Hair which work by adding a few pixels of color in the corner of the palette and making a trait that assigns them. You can also add hair colors to the barbershop like I did here .

Hello friend thank you for the great mod, wanted to ask is there a way to make the mod work only in ruler design window and not on every character in the world ?
