Is part of the - The Broke Faction Mod.

Overview

3rd addition to the Crystalback series. The Crystalback Temple Guards are your ordinary saurus, but addicted to magic.

While the jungle beasts develop bigger crystals, its the saurus that have been originally blessed by tepok, the lizardmen god of magic to grow crystals on their back and its through sacrifices that this blessing has been carried over to specific jungle beasts of their liking in battle.

Tepok temples are guarded by these saurus, inhabiting high amounts of magic winds these guardians are feared sight inside those.

Renowed Temple guards are rewarded by a Carnosaurs mount, however the blessing of these beasts shaped them into a more birdlike creature perhaps a more look of the old one himself beeing the coatl god. The feathered beasts and the decoration of the saddle earned them the name of winged riders.

Crystalback

Crystalback units have as the name implies crystals growing from their back. These special crystals are magic absorbing, adding a natural 30% Spell Resistance to the unit while also giving them a unique extra ability, that activates if your winds of magic reserve is high.

Constellar Cloak

An ability of the Winged riders, cloaking themselves in a shroud of galactic nebula, they become untargetable and unspottable for 50 sec, but it requires to have more than 50 winds of magic to activate.

@Aparajita I've just booted up the game with the main mod (all the Crystalback units/faction mod) and it seems fine

Probably not compatible with 3.0

3.0 changed lines involving units, if it loads, it will (probably) crash some time into the game.

Very nice mods you got here, May I recommend an idea of lizardmen monstrous cav? theres a good fan concept for it I could send it to you if youre interested?
