Introducing the JP4 "Barn Owl" jet-powered fighter. A cheap, affordable and effective alternatives for those who are on a budget: let that be civilian militiamen, third-world warlords, aspiring partisan fighters or hobbyists, the JP4 "Barn Owl" have you covered!

In terms of firepower, the JP4 "Barn Owl" is capable of carrying 18 1X1 Hardpoints, and is equipped with a quad-sequenced light autocannon system for self defense. Even though it is less armed than Vector Dynamics' usual line of fighters, the JP4 can still dish out a surprising amount of firepower against enemies.

Powered by a single two-fan turbofan jet engine, the JP4 "Barn Owl" can achieve respectable speeds while maintaining a decent fuel efficiency. And the same Pitch/roll Dual-Use Control System grants the vehicle a level maneuverability comparable to advanced dogfighters.

But perhaps the most unexpected and unconventional feature of the JP4 "Barn Owl" is it's ability to become a submarine. Featuring both a water-tight crew cabin and a sealed engine area, the JP4 "Barn Owl" Can also operate under water. Though the efficiency of its systems become very limited in submarine mode.
