TheAvenger3's Custom Moves (Part 1)

Description
Place an item in slots 56/57 in to have the attacker hold a special item during the People's Elbow.

Without a special hand base part, the move will still work, but with a finger point instead.

I had this issue with this type of move once, where the opponent gets up before the move ends, and I believe changing the waiting frames and the final set up frame to a custom frame solved it.

Wow, thanks for explaining and clarifying that! Makes sense! Thanks!

That won't always be the case in a match, but going for the move right away will mean nothing happens. If the defender stands up during a match, they won't just teleport back to a downed position to let the elbow drop happen.

That's how it looks in the move preview as the defender can stand up at one stage. Moves like this have three parts - 1) the initial stuff with the attacker next to the opponent 2) the attacker running off the ropes and 3) the attacker gets back to the prone defender. There's technically three versions of how the move plays out (room to run off the ropes and running facing up, same situation with the attacker running facing down, and no room to run, which results in skipping step 2 and doing a special version of step 3 that doesn't involve any running).

After the first part, the move can be interrupted if the attacker gets stopped while running off the ropes or the defender stands up.

I'm recording from the move preview window to keep the GIF size down, and since the defender technically has no damage on them, they always stand up the first moment they can.

In the animation, it seems like the opponent stands up and then lies back down again during the move...
