@Beast-Storm its a bunch of personal edits i made to the game, they arent really intended for public use. i uploaded them to allow friends to use it in a multiplayer game.

if that doesnt bother you feel free to sub and dig around the files, there is stuff all over the place. some added civics, buffs for tall play, juggernaut tweaks, baseline galactic wonders and some other stuff. essentially anything i came across and thought "i wish it would be different"
