Lantern fix

Description
"Fixes" the light in the night battles for modern flags

Compatibility:
Can be incompatible with mods, that change db/warscape_equipment_items table

Shogun 2 introduced night battles for the first time in Total War series (afaik). The problem is, that lantern's position is fixed and the model itself is .rigid_models_v2 extension, which can't be opened by any program. izzi found a way how to swap the lantern with another model, thanks to him. But it didn't solve the problem for me. Shogun has 3 different models for lanterns, but only one is used and there is no way to us to access the file, that assigns those lanterns to different situations. So I had option only to scale modern flag to match original flag's height. Here came another problem: though the flags themselves get their textures from variantmodels/equipment directory, the mons (clan's symbols) take their texture from variantmodels/mons directory and there are more than 135 folders in there. And how is it done, probably no one knows and we don't have instruments to access such deep logic. Of course, someone might say "lol dude, just take the flag from the Creation Kit and reshape it". Yeah, I tried that. The problem is, that flags (sashimonos) from that file have an extra parameter called "variant attributes" which is assigned by a script, CA never gave us. And changing in any way meshes, that have this parameter, messes them up beyond any expectation. This thing is random. And here comes Sara Temer with her way of assigning mons to the flags, to which I'm thankful. Unfortunately, this wasn't perfect either, since flags and mons aren't affected by the wind like in vanilla, despite them having the corresponding properties.
This long story is for your understanding, that even the simpliest mods (as you might think) are that much of a pain in making, since the whole game is filled with kludges
