1.goku's spirit bomb has been reduced in size. reason: so that its less obnoxious when competing on smaller stages
2.gokus ultra begins sooner
3.adjusted second ultra so it connects more consistently
4.few transitional animation tweaks
5.ssj float is functional now
6.wall jump works only after first jump
7.few more adjustments to spirit bomb should land quick now
8.adjusted heavy hits to reduce instant knockback
