SilverKnight's Galaxy Max Mod

Description
Adds a new Galaxy configuration with 3000 star systems, better density, further distance between them and max operable A.I configurable option e.g. 90 A.I nations. Namelist has been added to support all these stars which supports Real Space's custom nametable.

This mod is for 3.5.*

Has been tested under two 30 minute games
Takes my Laptop around 5 minutes to build work with 90 active A.I
