Kais's Whatever series - Rudolph

Description
The fourth entry in the Kais's Whatever series, in which I excercise restraint for a change and only change one or two things per pack.

This one changes Rudolph! I like this mount, but the sprite that hasn't been updated since 2014 and it shows against all of the touch-ups Terraria has been getting lately, so I did something about it.
