Challenge Menu Tweaks

Description
A successor to "Delete This in Challenge Menu"
Tweaks the challenge menu slightly. Requires Repentance.
What this mod does:
Makes Challenge #45 (DELETE THIS) show up in the Challenge Menu, even when locked (still shows "Locked :c" when locked)
Makes the strikeout for Challenge #12 (When Life Gives You Lemons) strike out the entire title
Gives Repentance challenges a unique color, like the Afterbirth and Afterbirth+ challenges

NOTE: 99% sure this does not work with Visible Challenge Unlocks.
