Description
Replaces the menu music with the one from Siberian Mayhem. Please note that this affects only the regular vanilla SeriousSam2017 gtitle menus.

File replaced is: Content/SeriousSamFusion/Music/SirianComplex_Mystical.ogg

I did not replace SirianComplex_Mystical.ogg in Content/SeriousSam3/Music since it also affects levels that use it (e.g. The Silent Riddler).

Here's your issue: the SS3 menu music file has to be replaced in a certain way, and this menu music mod was not made for vanilla SS3.

my friend and I tried dragging the gro file of this mod to the original BFE then to sam 2017 , still nothing worked .
