EFT USEC voices for Security

Escape from Tarkov's USEC operators voicelines replace Security voicelines.
Squad leaders and subordinates have different voices. (USEC 1 - Michael and 3 - Josh respectively)

No HQ announcer voicelines were replaced because there weren't enough fitting lines.

When using "Enemy spotted" voice command, time is used instead of cardinal directions. (E.g. 12 o'clock - north, 6 o'clock - south, etc.)

Insurgents are referred to as BEAR (or russkies/Ivans), keep that in mind if you want to mix this voicepack with some other non-Tarkov one.

Enter "snd_restart" in console if it doesn't work.
